"The space was rather nice, open floor plan, water view. Modern/minimalist decor if that’s your thing, with some pretty minor paint spots on a couple interior walls to the recent hurricane (which hopefully will have gotten fixed). Location was ideal for us, a block down to the water, but far enough away for the nightlife to be quiet to our city-adjusted eardrums. We really liked the view of the water from the balcony. "Although the property is only steps from el malecon and many restaurants, it is very private. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with supplies. It was perfect for our family. We enjoyed our stay. Federica and Pietro provided detailed instructions for check in and check out and were very fast responding to messages. The property was very secure and the roof patio with pool was a great addition."
