"Let me start by saying that our welcome to the hotel was excellent for our 7 day stay. We were greeted by the friendliest lady. I didn't get her name, but she made our welcome amazing. "Location is excellent in the city center of Santa cruz. However, as many pointed out before, there is a night club at the top of the hotel, which luckily I was out of season hence it was only on saturday but then you need proper ear plugs to not have it affect your sleep.
