Casa in quartiere tranquillo in ottima posizione

Pros: Casa ampia, bella piscina ma nel periodo invernale inutilizzabile, terrazza dotata di sdrai e tavola Cons: Arredamento obsoleto rispetto alle altre casette nel quartiere, bagno non finestrato e ventola di aspirazione assente (rimanevano umidità e puzza)
