This property is in a great location for holidays. It is in the upmarket Las Americas complexes. That is, it is in Corralejo Town. It is not way out of town trying to convince you of a town location, as seems to be common these days (for example La Cappellenia and others).

This well located corner plot bungalow can sleep up to six. The bungalow is located in Corralejo Town (near 'Baku' water park). The complex is Las Americas, which is a secure gated community. It is an easy walk to the start of parque Natural beaches and to the town centre bars and shops. The property is on the same row as the swim pool which is close by (most are not), so this is also a plus for the house.

It will easily sleep 6 in the property's two bedrooms (bedroom two can sleep 3) and one of the three seater bed settees in the living room.

There is a spectacular 60sq.m roof solarium with views to Lanzarote and the mountains. There is a secluded 50sq.m tiled rear patio with barbecue (BBQ). The two terraces are very private and secluded from winds. There is private off road parking.

There is a communal pool and infant pool. High speed FIBRE 320MB (fast internet) - digital, straight down the phone (10 times faster than most). There are reclining back sun loungers, outside eating table with 6 chairs, parasol.

This apartment is very comfortable, in a quiet area, well equipped plenty with lots of glasses and crockery, the outdoor space is wonderful sun trap. Only a 30 minute slow walk into Corralejo.

The communications with the property manager were very good. The appartment was very clean and well presented although the paintwork outside was a little tired. This also applied to the shower facilities but the bathroom is expected to be refurbished in the coming months. The only other negative comment is that the mattresses on the sun loungers need replacing. In all other respects the appartment had good size bedrooms along with the kitchen, lounge, outside sitting area and rooftop. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Great 10 night break in April, picked up and dropped off at the airport by Margaret and Kevin who have a lot of useful information about the property which was as advertised and the island itself. Very spacious apartment and we spent a lot of time up on the roof terrace. A 20 minute walk into the main resort which is a perfect distance for us and lots of things to do close at hand. Would recommend staying here for a chilled out and relaxing break.

Everything as described! I enjoyed every day in the house, the very private terrace and roof solarium. Breakfast on the roof with wonderfull view to the vulcanic mountains. I also enjoyed the walking tours in the impressive vulcanic landscape or along the coastline. The location is good for day trips in northern part and also down to central Fuerteventura.

This was the second time that we have stayed in this property which is well kept, spacious, private and very comfortable with great outdoor space. All dealings with Iain (the owner) and Jane (his agent) were spot on and very helpful.

Airport transfers with Margaret who was excellent and explained everything about the property on arrival. Great accommodation and location . Everything we needed . We had a great time staying here. Perfect location. Lovely private property with lots of usable outside space with the roof terrace. Private driveway perfect if you have hired a car. Pool was not busy so great to pop in whenever we fancied. Local managers were very helpful and also took us to the airport. Property owner was easy to communicate with so a very easy and smooth booking. Would stay again. The island itself was brilliant. lovely beaches and exciting places to explore.

A very well equipped apartment which made nights where we cooked very easy. Good outside space and sheltered for when it is windy. Great communication with the owners prior to arrival and also their representative on the island. It is a bit of a walk to the old town, maybe 25 to 30 minutes and the dunes are really a taxi ride. However, ti stay closer is more expensive.

We stayed at Iain’s beautiful house for one week. The house has everything you could possibly need for a quiet relaxing holiday. The booking and getting to the house was made very easy thanks to Iain and Jane. Tony made us very welcome on our arrival at the airport and give us plenty of information on getting about and places to eat. The house is spotlessly clean, well equipped, quite roomy and the enclosed patio and roof terrace are great features. We would definitely recommend a stay at Iain’s house!!

Well equipt bungalow with patio and roof terrace. Two large supermarkets nearby. Good choice of places to eat nearby - 10 minute walk. Access to a great swimming pool by key fob. Very secure feel as road and pedestrian access is controlled. Dedicated driveway parking. Great level of tech for the evenings with plenty of TV channels. Agents were great at arrival and departure. We had no need to make contact during our stay as everything was spot on. Tried to book for next year while we were there but too slow! Definitely on our list for future trips to Fuerteventura.

The property is just great. Everything you need is there. It has two entirely private outdoor spaces (BBQ in one of them) and key-access to a communal pool (which we didn't use). It's mins walk from a few bars/restaurants (Donde Siempre is highly recommended... high quality tapas and every one delicious... especially the foie gras) and about 35 mins walk from the centre of the old town, where there are restaurants to suit all tastes... and pockets. The Dunas are about 10 mins by car. Lidl, Mercadona and a Dino Express are close by. Grand place. Wish we had booked for longer than a week.

We had a wonderful vacation in a holiday apartment in Corralejo, Fuerteventura, and I'd like to share a positive review: We had an absolutely fantastic time during our stay at this holiday apartment in Corralejo, Fuerteventura. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The apartment itself was charming, with a cozy courtyard that we loved spending time in. The sunny rooftop terrace was a real highlight, offering a perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. One of the best features was the nearby pool, which we often had all to ourselves. It provided a peaceful retreat where we could unwind and cool off. Additionally, the convenience of having shops, bars, and restaurants within walking distance was a huge plus. We can't recommend this place enough, and we're already looking forward to returning. It was a truly fantastic experience, and we couldn't have asked for a better holiday destination in Corralejo, Fuerteventura

We have stayed at this complex (but not this property) several times so we had a good idea what to expect. Love the location, close enough to walk into the centre of Corralejo but more peaceful, not in the middle of the buzz but enough local amenities (supermarket etc). This property stood out for its wonderful outdoor spaces, lovely secluded patio with barbecue and rattan furniture and a roof terrace for all day sunshine. We also had superb Wi-Fi and a full package of TV channels, well equipped kitchen (not that we cooked anything !). Would we come back ? Definitely, that says it all. Also thanks to Kev and Margaret who were on hand for anything we needed and were good enough to check in with us to see everything was OK after an overnight storm.. Thank you Iain, we will be looking to book again.

We ware picked up by Kevin and brought us to the property.Kevin showed us around the property explaining everything as he went showed us the where the nearest supermarket was .The property was spotless due to the efforts of Kevin and Margret,communication with Kevin was excellent we had a problem with the fridge which packed up on Christmas eve Kevin sorted out a temporary solution until we got the new fridge .The property was spacious bedrooms a good size as was the living room with new sofas and TV with all the stations you could wish for. Bed was very comfy great sleep after a hectic day Outside space was the best I have ever had nice corner unit. loungers and table in the patio area upstairs on the roof loungers and table with good views.Supermarkets 750m from property and approx 20-25 minutes walk to town center. A great experience and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a good holiday experiance

Property is excellently located, on outer edge of Corralejo but an easy 20 min walk into the main strip. Two supermarkets less than 5 mins away. Outdoor space is amazing with wonderful solarium for sun worshippers. Backyard is sunny too but lovely rattan furniture underneath covered pergola provides shade if required. Kevin & Margaret who look after the property are amazing and always on hand to assist with any issues that are swiftly dealt with. Pool is at the end of the road, hardly any distance and often just yourselves using it. Only downsides are lack of air conditioning but fans are provided in the bedrooms. Property can get quite warm and stuffy but you acclimatise quickly. Two doors down a resident must keep birds which to begin with are quite annoying, frequent screeching, but again you get used to it.

This is my second time renting with Iain but 1st time in this property. I have always found Iain to be honest, courteous & extremely helpful. We are a family of 4, 2 adults, a child & a lovely moody teen 😂. We had a FAB holiday here. The house is just beautiful, it has absoloutely everything you need on a holiday and more!! There is a folder with lots of information about the area provided. The house was SPOTLESS clean. The roof top solarium is a sun trap if you like sunbathing ☀️. The back yard is well kept & has the sun for the most of the day, thankfully it shades in parts as the evening goes on (there was a heatwave when we were there😅)We were greeted by Jane who is lovely & a great character. There was milk, tea, coffee & water on arrival, everything you need to get your bearings & shake the flight off you 😉. Jane was great for pointing out the local area spots and some recommendations for food etc. The pool is great & very quiet, it never gets crowded, we had it to,ourselves a few times. The only small thing regarding the pool is the sun loungers, they are now locked & each house has to have their own. Some of the locals took the lounger back from us as it was theirs(or so they said) but this wasn't a problem for us as we don't sunbathe & just used 1 lounger to put our towels etc on. The pool is ridiculously close to the house 😃 just brilliant as our 10 yr old thinks she is a mermaid! So down in mornings for swim, home for lunch & R&R & back down for an evening swim. It is about 15-20mins walk into the strip but it is a lovely walk. There are also taxis just 5-10mins walk away outside Tiffanys & the few local shops there & they are only €4.the big plus for us was the very large supermarket only 10 mins up the hill. This has EVERYTHING you could possibly need & is the biggest & cheapest in the town😃. We would recomend Clarkies Irish Pub just around the corner from the taxi rank. Very big portions for a fraction of the cost that's in the town, they stop serving food at 5pm but do snacks after that time. We really l❤️ved this house & the location. I don't think anyone could find anything negative about this house & location. My husband didn't want to put up such a good review as he said it would push the demand for the house up & probably shoot ourselves in the foot for rebooking 😂!! Definitely going back here next year. We will be in touch Iain with dates. Thanks again for a great holiday 😃☀️

This wonderful Bungalow has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. It is just as described and more... Lovely outdoor spaces, very comfortable bed, excellent kitchen equipment. The Tv Equipment is one of the best i have come across. The services of Kevin and Margret are an added bonus and they are always available for any support you may need. We are now looking forward to our next stay later in 2025
