Teleurgesteld

Bij binnenkomst appartement ging er een alarm af. Vooraf niet gecommuniceerd dat die er was en hoe deze uit te zetten. Alarmcentrale sprak alleen spaans. Na een half uur iemand die engels sprak. De vaatwasser zat nog vol met vieze etensresten en stonk. Na 5 dagen geen wifi. Dit heeft een week geduurd voordat dit opgelost was. Na een week ging het rolluik van de woonkamer/ keuken niet meer omhoog. 10 dagen in het donker gezeten. Zeer intensief contact gehad met de host en VRBO. VRBO HEEFT TOT 2 keer aangegeven terug contact met ons op te nemen. We wachten nog steeds. Appartement ligt aan een drukke weg. Onder het appartement een restaurant het afzuig systeem komt precies bij de slaapkamer uit.
