"The property and room was excellent. We liked the location and how quiet it was. The room was spacious, clean and tidied. Management could have told me that the Nuki pad to entee the room wasn't working. I had to call to get a different instruction to access the room."

"My Maison - Champ de Mars was everything I hoped for! The place was properly set up with everything you'd need, including towels, coffee, a safe, and plenty of storage and organization options to unpack. The layout of the property was narrow and long, with the kitchen on one end near the entrance and the two bedrooms down the hall. For those interested in the view, the bedroom with the Eiffel tower is in the back of the apartment. It is not visible from the main living area. Just a heads up....

Perfect location, great host, spacious apartment on second floor with elevator, fresh bakery in same/next building smelled so delicious every morning waking up. Quiet yet, bustling neighborhood. The apartment had everything I needed, full kitchen, dining room, comfortable, and gorgeous living room, two bedrooms, very pretty bathrooms, and an excellent location. "This space was pretty small, as we were coming from London where we had more rooms and an additional bathroom, but this location was just perfect! We traveled in the first week of June 2024 - two adults and our two children (16 and 18 years old). It was SO EASY to get around on the metro from this location, and of course walking to the Eiffel Tower each night was easy, too. There are a lot of restaurants around the neighborhood, really, you can't get better than this apartment! 100% recommend!"

"This apartment worked out wonderfully for our family. It is very small, but we were out sight-seeing during the day anyway. It is in a fantastic location close to the eiffel tower in a quiet neighborhood. The owner met us to let us in and show us around. He was incredibly helpful and even let us check out late."

"The studio was small but had enough room for two. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom were functional. We cooked breakfast there and then left for the day only to return at night to sleep. Close to the Metro 6 line which takes about a half hour to get to most tourist sites. We were there for a week and were able to get to everything we wanted to see. Not a place you would want to spend the day in, but a great ‘home base’ to explore from, especially considering the cost."

"This property is exactly as described and overlooks one of the most quaint squares in the Latin Quarter I’ve ever visited!!! The bathroom is fabulous and the host made each side of the couch up into beds so that our family of 4 slept perfectly: 2 in the bed and 2 on the couch benches, which were amazingly comfortable. We loved falling asleep to the sounds of locals chatting and frolicking below and waking up to the bells Notre Dame, which is easily visible from the window in this quaint flat....

"Our family enjoyed being here. The place is clean and well organized. Great view and windows to open. It is on the 4th floor so the stairs are a hike but we did not mind. Thank you for letting us enjoy your apartment!!!"

"We really like how close to the Eiffel tower is to the apartment. The metro and train station is in front and there is another one in the corner. A lot of cafes and restaurants very closed by, as well as 2 couple if supermarkets. However, you have to take the initiative contacting Chris to get the information to access the building and apartment. The instructions were easy to follow, clear and we didn't have any problem accessing the place."

"Studio apartment with loft, three beds, kitchen, bath. Nice location in the heart of the Marais. Close to everything. Note that "reception 24/24 and 7/7" means that you can set whatever time you want to check in but you must let them know what time you will be there to meet them. They aren't there 24/7 like a hotel."

"The prooerty was just as describe in the Marais area. Bey close to St. Antoine and walking distance to most sites of interest In a very quiet area and secure building. The only issue wa that when taking a shower the watet would overflow in the bathroom"

"Location, location, location. For me, this was great. I was traveling solo, in Paris for one night. I knew the toilet was shared and across the hall, and the space was small. It's very small, but it worked for me. Easy access to Eiffel Tower, restaurants and grocery stores. I used the Bus, Metro and my feet to get around. No issues. accessing the building. Very small room, but this worked for me."

Rue Daguerre is fantastic with all its food shops and restaurants - situated right near the metro and a stone's throw from Montparnasse. Great stay and I highly recommend!"

"This apartment is an excellent base to explore the city for a couple or 3 people. There are a ton of cafes nearby and the Luxembourg Gardens are just around the corner. Easy access to several Metro lines. Eric met us with the keys before our stay and was very kind and communicative. The apartment was clean and furnished with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!"
