"Wir haben uns in der kleinen, ruhige, moderne und gut eingerichteten Wohnung gut gefühlt. Der Standort war gut um in der Nord-Betragne Ausflüge zu unternehmen. Die Wohnung liegt unweit vom Hafen "Port du Legue". Wir empfehlen dort das Restaurant "La Passerelle"."

Studio en RDC avec fenêtre sur un rond point très passant (important de savoir avant de réserver). Difficile de joindre le propriétaire, nous n'avons pas eu d'internet toute la semaine. Situé dans le vieux St Brieuc avec snack, restau et commerces à 3 minutes à pieds."

"Pour résumer, la qualité du logement laisse à désirer en matière de propreté : poussière sous le lit et miettes dans les tiroirs étaient présentes. Une forte odeur de renfermé et d'humidité régnait, et il était impossible d'utiliser le chauffage pour atténuer ce problème, les radiateurs étant coupés et inopérants. Il y a un an, nous avions loué un appartement au premier étage dans le même immeuble, où tout était irréprochable. Aujourd’hui, cette expérience est malheureusement très décevante."
