"Unit smelled of mildew, it would have been nice to list a couple of of places for over night parking. Sink drains slowly and bathroom door loudly squeaks. There was human feces on the hallway floor, first floor this morning morning! Thank you for the nice touches such as earplugs, kitchen amenities and bed mattress. "

My poor wife had a hard time getting us out of the apartment to the airport. The apartment has everything you need. "Location is phenomenal (right next to the 5/8 highways) and there's plenty of grocery stores and cafes/restaurants nearby. Old Town is less than a mile away for anyone interested in exploring that. Property is a small 1br with a sofa bed, which suited our needs well. The owner was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Only dinged a little on cleanliness because we initially walked around and the soles of our feet (particularly the toddler's) turned dark real quick. Seems like...

"The connecting suites were a perfect size for my group of 10. They were clean, the beds were large, and dishes, pots and pans were available in the kitchenette to allow for leftovers or cooking. The complimentary fresh morning breakfast was more than the usual grab and go selection most hotels have. Right off the freeway, so many things were easy access. $22/night for a parking pass, unless you park on the street. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Wonderful stay at this fantastic property. Quiet and secluded back house was perfect. Mark and Marty provided everything we needed for our 3-night stay. The property was within walking distance to the ocean and to restaurants. Thoroughly enjoyed our time. "
