We eat at lunchtime and found the food excellent and staff so pleasant to deal with always smiling and pleasant . Carlos and ladies at reception were so helpful and friendly. "Beautiful hotel in a very quiet location. Super clean and staff were very welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was exceptional and the roof top "Vertigo" Lounge Club is a hidden gem. Shopping is close by, but if you are looking for copies, then you are in the wrong place. It's either souvenir shops with I love Tenerife tops and towels or proper designer wear, nothing in between. Would highly recommend this hotel if you want somewhere quiet to chill out and relax fully."
