"When we arrived there was no one at the desk for 10-15min. The gentleman came back and was not very friendly. The closest door in our room was broken. We could not open it to take out the iron. I had to go downstairs to have the receptionist walk me to another room to take out iron and ironing board. When we went to dinner and came back there was absolutely no parking. We along with many others had to park in the fire lane. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We would not rent here...

"Not clean. Had oily residue on counters and headrest. Breakfast not good at all , no staff help. Not too much seating for Breakfast staff amazing very friendly, smile on their faces. just hotel needs work in improving cleanliness(elevator also dirty). Overall not worth what I paid."

"My room was fine. The tub faucet I guess was broke there was NO cold water and I know unusual the hot was scalding. Had to change rooms so we could bathe. Next room the toilet handle was broken and would barely flush. Over all it’s nice just needs some maintenance. Breakfast was pretty good as well."
