"What a great property! Cleanliness was excellent, the small incidentals provided for travelers was well thought out. The pool was extremely warm during my stay, keep in mind I was there day after hurricane Simon. My Spanish is minimal, but communication with staff was good! I will definitely chose this hotel for a future stay!!"

"We stayed during hurricane Simon. The staff was excellent and did what they could to make our stay comfortable considering the circumstance of the storm. The restaurant staff was exceptional. We had no problem speaking English. The rooms are clean and very large. The overall decor of the hotel and gardens are beautifully done and the pool is beautiful. It's like a grand hotel that needs a little bit of polishing but we enjoyed our stay and would go back."

"I loved that the place had beach access. They had two pools and the had a parking garage that is closed off at night. The town and neighborhood felt very safe but it is was a nice touch to have that option for your vehicle. The rooms were clean and the staff was very nice. I loved the decor of the place, it was just a great vibe overall."

"Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, clean and comfortable room. Because rooms face out on a corridor open from the first to the rooftop restaurant, street and nearby restaurant noise enters from the top down. Some rooms only have windows facing the corridor with no view."
