"We tried to check in , they were not available at the site, we ended up without a hotel that night, next morning, we asked expedia for refund since we didn’t stay at the hotel. Expedia was trying to communicate with the hotel for full or even partial refund. Yet, the hotel refused to request for the refund which basically they took our money without even accommodating our stays. "

"Highly recommend Hotel Granada Center to anyone looking for accommodations in Granada! The interior of the hotel is stylish, modern looking, and well-maintained. The room was clean and comfortable. Hotel is conveniently located near the train station (for transportation in/out of the city) and within walking distance of all the major sights around old historic city center. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, giving us suggestions on our planned visit to Alhambra Palace to ensure we arrived...
