"Lovely hotel spotlessly clean, kettle in room and very eco. Cant fault it for quality The hotel did not include breakfast and they tried to charge me £52 tax instead of €5. The staff were young and a bit rude about it and perhaps their lack of english and not understanding I did not want breakfast but it got sorted out, as I had my reciept from hotels com.bI must say the chamber maid ataff where lovely and polite as were the staff in evening. I would definately stay with this hotel again."

"Stayed here again 2 times in one week as part of a longer trip, always good friendly staff, clean and tidy bar area although rooms still too hot. They could do with small Fans for the room at least or better ventilation, can’t really have window blinds open much or people can see in. And this doesn’t really cool the room down enough anyway. Nice area outside by the pizza bar plenty of seats and lovely bee hive in the corner which was a nice touch. We always love staying here and will be back again soon. "

The lady that helped me when I checked in was so nice friendly and helpful. Mention was big, comfy bed and great linens, and had a kitchenette "

"Nice big room, comfortable beds, well appointed bathroom and very clean. Free hot drinks machine in the bar/reception area is a nice touch. 15 minute walk to Lille centre but tram stop outside. "

"Great location, good level of comfort. Spacious room, very decent breakfast and served until midday. Would use the hotel again if coming to Lille on Eurostar. 5 mins walk to Westfield and to the Metro, if it is running!"
