On the heights of La Londe, your apartment on the first floor of a villa offers a terrace with a view of the Hyères islands. On a 5000m² plot with swimming pool, mini tennis, summer kitchen and boules court, you have a private entrance. 5 minutes from the village and 10 minutes from the beaches, you benefit from the advantages of the French Riviera in the calm of its hills. A quarter of an hour from Hyères airport and 40 minutes from Toulon TGV station, you reach the whole world.

You are in the calm of the hills of the Massif des Maures while accessing very quickly all the attractions of the Mediterranean.

The apartment is spacious, 31m², and the 11m² terrace faces south.

The apartment is self-contained. It is on the floor of an inhabited villa. He understands :
- a 21m² lounge with TV and wifi, a convertible sofa and a fully equipped American kitchen (oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine / dryer), various storage spaces.
- a 10m² bedroom with a 160/200 bed, a large closet.
- A bathroom (WC and shower).
- A private terrace of 11m².

On your arrival, we will welcome you in person and give you a complete presentation of your accommodation.

We can be reached very easily by mobile phone or sms. Our personal numbers will be communicated to you upon your arrival.

Near your accommodation, you have the magnificent unspoiled beaches of La Londe.

We recommend a visit to Collobrière (20 minutes by car) to visit the candied chestnut factory of the Confiserie Azuréenne.

For fun, the Magic World amusement park at the salt marshes of Hyères (15 minutes by car) offers 40 thrill rides for children (from mid May to the end of August). Free parking.

From the port of Miramar in La Londe (7 minutes by car), you can embark for Porquerolles or Port Cros with the Boatmen of the Côte d'Azur. 30 minutes journey and you will be on the most beautiful islands.

If you are brave and adventurous, you can spend a day at the Verdon (2 hours one way) for rafting, aquarando or canyoning with Haute Provence Outdoor.

Un séjour magnifique
Nous avons séjourné une petite semaine dans ce logement avec mes 2 enfants et cela a été un séjour dans faute. L accueil a été parfait et très chaleureux et le logement est vraiment moderne bien équipé et très propre.La piscine et la propriété sont magnifiques et le calme et la vue super appréciables. Semaine très sympa passée à La-Londe-Les-Maures.
Une très belle semaine passée dans cet appartement, situé dans une très belle propriété, au calme et avec une belle piscine. La propriétaire, qui habite au RDC, est à l'écoute des locataires et est toujours disponible.

C'est bien équipé et tout neuf. L'endroit est très retiré tout en étant à quelques minutes du village. L'accueil de la propriétaire est fort sympathique. Il manquera juste la clim aux amateurs.

Dépaysant et tranquille
Bonjour, L’accueil a été convivial. Nous avons passé d’agréables vacances dans la location. Elle était conforme aux photos avec un très bel environnement boisé et une vue sur l’ile de « Port Cros » de la terrasse. La location était très propre, lumineuse et bien fournie en ustensiles et en linge de maison . Le boulodrome était assez satisfaisant. Nous avons bien apprécié la piscine qui nous a permis de faire quelques longueurs. Nous aurions souhaité en faire davantage au-delà de 16 heures. (Nous l’avons fait une fois en demandant l’autorisation pour une demi-heure .La piscine était restée, à notre grand regret, en « mode hiver » recouverte à mi- longueur pour des raisons de sécurité semble-t-il. La connexion wifi par contre, n’était pas toujours très stable (téléviseur, téléphone ou ordinateur portable) A part ces petits désagréments, nous nous sommes plus dans la location ; on recommande, le dépaysement est assuré surtout pour la tranquillité. (nous souhaiterions envoyer un message privé à Olivier est-ce possible ? Merci. Mr et Mme De La Sayette

Cadre exceptionnel pour des vacances sous le signe de la détente !
Excellent séjour dans cet appartement refait à neuf et doté de tout le confort nécessaire au sein d'une superbe et vaste propriété. Mention spéciale à la grande piscine et à la superbe vue depuis la terrasse. Cadre très paisible, au milieu des vignes tout en étant à proximité des belles plages et beaux villages de la région. Accueil très chaleureux de la propriétaire à la fois très discrète mais toujours disponible. Nous reviendrons !

Gite idéalement situé avec beaucoup d’atouts
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce gîte parfaitement aménagé. La localisation est idéale avec les plages et les commerces accessibles en voiture ou en vélo en quelques minutes. Très belle piscine au dimension idéal pour nager. Très grand terrain, où l’on peut se sentir loin de tout, au calme sans jamais pourtant être loin de tout ce qu’offre cette jolie région. La maîtresse de maison est toujours là pour répondre à vos demandes. À découvrir donc sans crainte.
