"We stayed here when the blackout happened in Spain as our house was still in darkness and they could not have been more helpful and accommodating. The staff were absolutely brilliant even in an unprecedented situation. The room was spacious and lovely. They have a live act every evening which was great. Honestly the hotel was a little slice of heaven. "
