We were escorted to our room with two liters of filtered water, and shown how to operate the room temperature control and TV (this was a first in all my years of travel!). "Well located, quiet but close to shops, cafés and ice cream. Lovely clean room, kettle. Air con would be a bonus as I visited during a heat wave but it wasn't bad overnight. Really nice staff and massively appreciated being able to leave luggage before and after check-in/out. Would stay here again."
