"Great location for visiting Llanes. It's an easy walk for about five minutes to the centre of the town. Parking on the premises is good with an added bonus of some places being under a cover. Room was clean and good size with a massive terrace with sun lounges, table and chairs on. Good breakfast (€15 pp) with selection of hot food, cold cuts of cheeses and meat, yogurt, fruit and pastry etc. No noise any time of the day from inside or outside. "Bien situado. Con lo básico para la estancia, aunque se echa en falta un tostador y algún utensilio de cocina, bol... Aunque los dias que estuvimos no hacía demasiado calor, hubiera venido bien algún ventilador de techo, ya que no hay aire acondicionado."
