The 4-room house is 70 square meters and features a living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and a satellite TV with a flat-screen display. The living/dining room has access to a terrace. There are two rooms, each equipped with a French bed measuring 140 cm wide and 190 cm long. Additionally, there is one room with two beds measuring 90 cm wide and 190 cm long. The kitchen is compact and includes an oven, a dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The house also has a shower and a separate toilet.
