Welcome to La Guérinière, this commune is located in the heart of the island of Noirmoutier. You are 3 minutes by car from the centre of La Guérinière where the market awaits you on Thursday and Sunday.

Enjoy its fine sandy beaches. At 1.6 km is the golden sands beach, 2 km away is the canteen beach, 7 minutes by car is the beach and woods of Eloux, and then 8 minutes away is the immense ocean beach. This beautiful house is ideally located. Placed in the heart of the island, you are 5 minutes by car from Noirmoutier en l'île, 8 km from the Sableaux beach, 15 minutes from the Herbaudière port. You can visit the Passage du Gois in 15 minutes depending on the tides.

Grande maison très bien agencée ,calme,très agréable, équipement au top. Petit bémol les chaises de jardin sont en fin de vie et même dangereuses et ce n'est pas en les bricolant que ça va résoudre le problème , sachant que l'on mange à l'extérieur en permanence. Autre point dérangeant , il n'y a pas le wifi et à ce niveau de prix c'est paradoxal. Conciergerie au top. le volet roulant de la baie vitrée est tombé panne , et c'est le propriétaire qui s'est déplacé ?Pourquoi ne pas missionner la conciergerie pour trouver un électricien local ?

Endroit agréable. Un gros problème de plomberie au milieu du séjour (évacuation générale bouchée : pas de toilette, douche, etc.) Literie inconfortable.
