Top La Grange Hotel Reviews
Drury Inn & Suites Louisville North
10/10 Excellent
"Staff: Chad at the front desk was extremely helpful for me on Friday October 2nd. I was in town for a funeral and timing was difficult for my daughter who was supposed to pick me up at the hotel. I needed a ride to the funeral home. Chad helped me get a taxi! I do not have UBER or LYFT on my phone. The cab at first wasn't sure to confirm he would come. Chad spoke with them again and the Taxi confirmed to come and get me to the funeral home on time. I was scheduled to speak. I appreciate everything he did to help me in a stressful situation!"

"Our shower was broken in our room. When we told the staff they said they would make a note of it. No offer for money off our stay or any compensation for the broken shower. Beautiful hotel and rooms but was disappointed in the staff reaction"
