Abritel a annulé le séjour 4 heures avant la remise des clés ! Erreur de planning !

Séjour annulé à la dernière minute sans explication ! Le concierge et le propriétaire ne se sentent pas concernés et se déchargent sur Abritel ! Une honte ! Nous nous sommes rabattus sur une location avec Booking puisque les bagages étaient déjà dans le coffre! Abritel nous propose une nuit à l’hôtel et aucune garantie pour le reste du séjour. Le propriétaire ne veut rien savoir alors qu’Abritel me dit que c’est lui qui a fait une erreur dans les dates. Le concierge quand à lui rigole face à notre colère. Appartement et propriétaire à fuire !!!
