Booking not honored

Booked well in advance, my 84 year old husband arrived for the annual yacht show to learn the apartment was overbooked. The listing does not include owner contact information. We did connect through VRBO. Did get a refund. He had to stay a long carried away. You cannot trust this listing.

A la porte un 31 décembre oui à la rue !

La propriétaire nous a affirmé que cette annonce n’est pas la sienne et que nous nous nous sommes fait arnaqué , que l’appartement était déjà loué par Booking. La plateforme ne nous a ni relogé ni dédommagés. Réveillon cauchemardesque à la rue ! Très en colère !
