Only a few minutes walk from a gorgeous patisserie, the place it’s self has been beautifully and lovingly designed to a very high standard and our only regret is that we didn’t stay for longer. We intended to leave our car overnight in the garage but in the end it was too tight a squeeze to get it in (not the property owner's fault!), so we left it in a parking bay each evening and it was fine. "We quite liked this property. It is in a quiet neighbourhood just off the main road into Dinard. A good location for visiting St Malo and Cancale. The house remained cool in the days where the temperature exceeded 30c. All the facilities worked, dishwasher, cooker and washing machine. The only failing was the lack of Wi Fi. "Nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec nos familles pendant les congés de Noël. La maison est lumineuse et parfaitement équipée pour un séjour de moyenne ou longue durée. L'espace cuisine/salon est convivial et la grande terrasse invitent à revenir à la belle saison. La région de Lancieux est magnifique, beaucoup de choses à voir et à faire. "These are units within Le Village Cancalais holiday residence. They are very close to the Cancale port where they are numerous wonderful restaurants. The units are a bit cramped with very narrow stairs leading up to the bedrooms. The toilet is downstairs, while the bedrooms and showers are upstairs. The kitchen and bathroom supplies are a bit light and sparse. This is a standard French rental, so it's BYO supplies, but I found it unusual that the bathrooms don't even have hand soap. The...

"Superb two bedroom cottage, complete with modern appliances, superb kitchen and household furnishings, and antique furniture and decorations. Our hosts are kind, generous and wonderful people. They treated us like close friends. It's a quiet location with easy access to Dinan and other scenic parts of Brittany. We hope to return someday. If you stay here, you will too."

"Although the fittings to the property are somewhat dated they are all functional. Very quiet location with open grass land to the rear. Nearest shops are some distance, you will need a car. There are a small number of restaurants within a 5 to 15 minute walk. Property is situated in Port Mer about 2 to 3 miles from Cancale town center and beach front."

"The apartment was as stated, very clean, towels, bedding, pots, pans, plates and cutlery all provided. Reception spoke English, which was a great result as our French is very poor. Communication about the booking was very good and clear. Key collection and drop is really easy. Great location for zipping around Normandy, as easy access to the main roads."
