"The hotel was clean and comfortable. We arrived very late, around 2am and there was someone at the reception who didn't speak much english but we understood each other. I wasn't expecting much of the hotel because of the price but I think overal was very good. Valence isn’t somewhere we’d return to (it was a bit scungy & dirty with little tourist engagement or attractions) - we were just staying overnight on our way to Barcelona, but we’d recommend this hotel to others doing the same. Rooms were fine and very comfortable, though perhaps slightly "tired", though that was not a problem for us. Breakfast was really good, with excellent variety of cereals, bread, eggs, cake and loads more. Location was very handy for the town with bars, restaurants all within easy walking distance. "This was a night stop for a long journey. The hotel accepts dogs, has free parking, comfortable, quiet rooms, and a good restaurant. It met our needs. We did not visit the centre of Valence, so it's location close to the motorway was convenient for us. The evening meal in the restaurant was great. You need to book, though; it's very popular. We were not disturbed by the building work on the new spa, perhaps because of a public holiday. Some might want to check whether the construction working hours are likely to disturb their stay. The spa will be great when it's finished, I'm sure. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely consider staying again. "
