"The location was excellent and the restaurant was really great. However the highlight of this hotel was the staff. While you donā€™t typically go to Bocas for ā€œamenitiesā€ the staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly- especially Janelli. She not only greeted us every time she saw us with a warm and genuine smile, she was crucial in helping us plan our days, made phone calls, walked us places and translated for us. She is truly a gem to this hotel."
