"I booked this property on Orbitz late in the week and the hotel did not have record of my reservation when I arrived. I called Orbitz and received outstanding customer service from Ibrahim. "The location of this apartment makes it great. Just a block from the Sagrada Famillia and the bus stop just outside the front door has service to Plaça de Catalunya, where many tours and experiences leave from. Easy initial access using codes for the building and front door, and keys were left inside for use after that. It would have been nice to have a second set of keys (all of our other apartments had two sets) and also a picture of the can where the trash goes outside - we're still not sure...
