"I booked this property on Orbitz late in the week and the hotel did not have record of my reservation when I arrived. I called Orbitz and received outstanding customer service from Ibrahim. "It was a good hotel. Couple of issues, the self closing doors for the rooms slammed therefore there was a lot of slamming doors when people were coming and going thus there was noise. The hotel is away from city centre but metro is 4 blocks away. "
