Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (2 single beds in each), shower room/WC. Wireless. Landscaped land of 1200 m² including 600 m² enclosed at the rear. Patio (garden furniture, barbecue). Garage (table tennis table). Optional: End of stay cleaning: €70/stay; Sheet rental for 1 or 2 people: €10/stay; Towel rental: €8/pers/stay. Access 1: By St Etienne de Mer Morte, at the church direction Froidfond. After 100 m, turn right (rue du Falleron) then straight ahead. Cross the bridge of the Valleys (water level), it is the 2nd on the right. The gîte is at the entrance to the village of Le Plessis. Access 2: La Garnache: at the Town Hall (in the centre), take rue du Chemin Bas. At the stop sign, turn left. 0.5 km from the exit (sign) turn left towards St Etienne de Mer Morte. Go 6 km, after Les Basses Longeais, it is the 3rd road on the left, arriving at Le Plessis.
