"The reception staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was huge and very light and airy . Lovely toiletries in the bathroom. Shower was fabulous. Very close to the bus station with direct bus to airport in approx 30 mins . Stayed here before and would definitely come back"

"The hotel is in good condition and the reception is good. The room needs more storage space or shelves for luggage or belongings. The bathrooms lack of hooks or towel racks, and there's no place to dry clothes as we are near the beach. The breakfast is very acceptable."

"Its a nice enough hotel, but even though it looks like its had a bit of paint and refurb the things like the elevator are a bit old and with noise coming from it a bit worrying, but its certified so will be good. Was supposed to have had water in the fridge but there wasn't any, asked and told cleaning would put it in the fridge next day, but it wasn't there the next day either, so went to the local supermarket and bought my own"

"Overall an easy and convenient stay with a lovely rooftop pool. The rooms and building were both a little run down, but this was made up for by the easy access to the beach!"

"I was really satisfied with my stay at Monte Feliz. The facilities was nice and clean, they have great sport facilities and the breakfast was very good. I highly recomend the sport massage at the hotel and the windsurfing lessons at Fanatic the borders center."

"I was exhausted and wanted to check in early, but the room wasn't ready. The receptionist who spoke perfect english offered for me to leave my bags until check in which received much of my burden. The room was perfect - the view the balcony the quiet and I requested a coffee maker and it was brought right away. The staff were exceptionally kind and took extra care when I was in need. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"Comfortable and conveniently located within a few minutes walk of shopping centre, large supermarket and clothes shopping avenue. Good bus connections to airport and other areas in Gran Canaria. Decent pool and buffet breakfast. Free airport hotel shuttle not available on Sundays and Mondays. Still, one of my favourite hotels on the island."

"I always stay at this hotel when in Gran Canaria. I travel frequently world wide and Hotel Cristina has been the best hotel in terms of comfort, staff and amenities. Decent pool and buffet breakfast. Ideal location next to the beach and accessibility to shopping areas. Good transport networks locally and serving other areas on the Island. Would have liked tea making facilities in my room but to be fair I didn't ask for this."
