"I emailed the hotel to let them know I would arrive very late in the night and they never acknowledged receipt, so it’s no surprise I had issues accessing the property. The “welcome email” I received before arrival listed a code for a customer portal that linked to a broken URL, but was actually for the property’s outer gate. Why not just call it a gate code instead of a portal access code? They also didn’t tell me where the button was to open the gate when exiting the property, so another...

"Excellente adresse pour profiter du Champsaur. Au grand calme à 5 minutes de saint bonnet. Le salon est magnifique et les chambres sont agréables. Accueil et attentions remarquables d’Amelie et Olivier. Nous vous conseillons de profiter des repas maison plutôt que un restaurant, suivi d’une tisane au coin du feu. "We stayed one night at “ Mon Hotel a Gap” on our way to South of France. The hotel is centrally located in the beautiful town of Gap surrounded by snow covered mountains. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Our room was spacious with large bathroom and large sitting area. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was adequate We will definitely recommend it"
