"Excellent Staff, very friendly. Great breakfast. Great local suggestions and location. Room was very clean, with only 1 caveat, missing drain items from the bathtub which did not make it non-functional, just the crew hadn't gotten to that room to finish fixing it up. Other that 1 tiny item, it was far above the 5 other regular hotels I stay at in Tulsa."

"The man at the desk I believe he was the manager was rude from the beginning, I even asked him if he was upset and his answer was "no." I'm a single mom trying to take my kids to experience different places, but we all were disappointed with the way we were treated. I made a reservation for 5 people, and we didnt receive a blanket for one of us, so I went back downstairs to ask him for one, and he said "we don't have any blankets." Is the entire hotel all book? "Cleanliness was absolutely fantastic. Kudos to your cleaning crew. Location was perfect with easy access to about anywhere in Tulsa. Nice comfortable quiet well kept neighborhood. Excellent host communication and easy check in. Would definitely recommend "
