"My wife and I came back to Secrets Cabo for the second time to celebrate our anniversary. The staff is extremely accommodating, intentional and kind. Special shoutouts to Romero who served us by the pool all week, Ivan from the preferred club bar, Antony from Portofino and Ivan from the entertainment team who all made our stay special and took great care of us. "We were so impressed with all the staff at the resort from the pool waiters to the dining staff, concierge and front desk. We were treated like royalty! Will definitely be back."

"This is our second time staying at the Krystal grand in los Cabo’s! This is also our first time bringing both our kids. Upon arrival, the Expedia concierge Gabriel was very inviting, warm and friendly. Even when we had minor issues with our room (toilet not flushing properly, loud highway noise) he went above and beyond by upgrading our room to the altitude tower which is their highest category suite. Waking up every morning to a beach front view was something out of a magazine. We couldn’t have been happier and it was because of Gabriel that we got to experience this. Not only that, but because ayami restaurant was closed due to renovations he pulled strings by allowing us to enjoy a delicious premium seafood meal at Senses, which is only for altitude club members. I got to celebrate my birthday eating my favourite food. Gloria, Rodrigo, Tania and Ishmail were also outstanding to us. They made our stay extra special and memorable. We cannot thank them enough for their service. Thank you to all of the wonderful staff for their hospitality! This is why we keep returning to the Krystal grand :)"

"I had a fantastic stay at this resort—and I almost never leave reviews! We chose this hotel to celebrate my friend’s 30th birthday, and the staff truly went above and beyond. They surprised us by delivering a cake with a sparkler to our room and even sang happy birthday—such a thoughtful gesture! A special shoutout to the amazing room service team: Antony, Federico, and Sergio—thank you for making our stay so memorable! On our second-to-last day, we enjoyed a lovely lunch at Agua Marina. The views were absolutely stunning, and our waiter, Rafael, was incredibly friendly. We had a great conversation with him about different cities in Mexico, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The only thing we regret is not taking advantage of the spa. We were initially interested, but the prices felt a bit steep. That said, while we were relaxing by the pool, the spa team came around and offered complimentary 5-minute massages—and they were amazing!"

"We liked that it was a little smaller and you got to know other people. There were a lot of choices for food options and great servers and bartenders, all staff was courteous and helpful. We were a group of 5 62 yr old women and we had a wonderful time it was fun and enough activities if we wanted to do something and quiet places if we wanted that. We all said that we slept well and were VERY HAPPY WE CHOSE DECAMERON"
