La Rive du Loir is private (open since July 2025), so you will be alone in the entire cottage.
For 2025: Heated pool from Friday, July 1st to Sunday, November 9th inclusive.
For 2026: Heated pool from Friday, March 27th to Sunday, November 1st inclusive.
For 2027: Heated pool from Friday, March 26th to Monday, November 1st inclusive.
During these periods, the pool is heated to 29°C.
For an ideal stay with family or friends, this charming house, which sleeps 7 (9 with the sofa bed in the living room), is located on the banks of the river. Parking is included on the property.
At your disposal: a beautiful living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room with TV, sofa, pellet stove, and free internet access. A toilet is located behind the kitchen.
We have a split level (only seven steps) leading to:

This place is suitable for entertaining but not for birthday parties or other gatherings that would disturb the peace and quiet of nearby neighbors. We are not in an isolated location.
We are nearing completion of the renovations, opening in early July 25th. The cottage will be brand new inside with a beautiful decor.
Regarding the exterior, we have a large parking lot (with space for four cars). We want to make it a haven of peace so that our guests feel as comfortable as they did at the first gîte.
The swimming pool has an electric cover and a 1.80m telescopic shelter to keep you warm in mixed weather. A beautiful terrace surrounds it with deckchairs.
Below, we have a pétanque court.
We have a gate to access the Loir River, and of course, a pontoon will be installed in September for lounging or fishing enthusiasts. The gîte is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

We have a large laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, and games on site (badminton net and racket, Molky, adult and child pétanque set, wooden shuffleboard, beach racket).
Optional cleaning fee: €50 (cleaning of the gas barbecue, dishes, and sorting of waste in the containers must be done even if you purchase the cleaning fee).
Mandatory linen kit (extra charge): €40 (sheets, duvet and duvet cover, towels). Beds will be made upon your arrival. Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Everything will be provided to you a week before your arrival, so you'll find it easy.
