10/10 Excellent

"The room itself was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The AC worked extremely well—almost too well at times—and was a bit difficult to adjust. The bathroom was overall very clean, although there were a few visible spots in the shower wall grout. What really stood out was the staff, who were all incredibly helpful, friendly, and pleasant throughout the stay. The property is also within walking distance of Savannah, which made the location very convenient. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this property. The facilities felt updated and well maintained, though the gym could benefit from a few more pieces of equipment, such as resistance bands and lighter dumbbells."

"The staff at the hotel were helpful... however, the room was outdated (outdated cupboards, bedside tables, bathroom and toilet fixtures, mini fridge was just placed on the floor), poorly maintained (rusted shower head, balcony was littered with dirt and debris, door needed to be repaired, carpet was extremely dirty) and had a distinctive 'musty" scent upon entry. This Hilton needs to be refurbished or closed down. Won't be staying here again."
