"The overall stay was fine and pleasant. The property and room was clean, though a little patchwork was visible on the walls. The spa and massage was very nice. The staff was friendly but had some weird policies like not giving water except on the first day of stay, so had to buy water, which is normally expected from a hotel to be provided. "Our 4 nights stay was fabulous. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. All staff tried to make our stay enjoyable. Junior suite was clean and had good size. All amenities were available. We were on half board and tried the main buffet restaurant, Nest and Diva. Food was excellent in all of them. Wine list was rich and sometimes overwhelming. Sommelier was there to help. Highly recommend this place. I am planning to come back with my children. Plenty of activities, golf, tennis, kids...
