"We had a quick stay for an early flight the next morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful with whatever we needed and kindly offered to prepare breakfast for us in the morning. I wouldn’t stay at this property again in the future though due to a few uncomforts. Their dogs barked during the night, waking us up. There was a bright light next door that illuminated our room. "The whole place was amazing! The cabins were bare bones but clean and cute. We had a porch in the back right by the rainforest, but wished there had been comfy chairs to sit on instead of a small, hard bench. The bathrooms were clean with some interesting insect life to observe while sitting there. Showers were hot and good pressure. The Toucan Cafe up front was superb - we ate every meal there. There is comfortable indoor and outdoor seating. Fridge and coffee maker are available for guests....

"Hotel was in good condition; staff were attentive and were flexible in providing good service. Only negativity was the wi-fi speed in the rooms, it tended to be slow and fickle. There was no upgrade option to high speed internet. They arrange transport for me and helped out when a tour I booked was cancelled. So I ended up with a private tour, at around the same price as the other tour. Room above me had issues, no effect on me, but they upgraded me to a better room which was nice and helped me...

"If you are looking for the jungle experience than this is the place for you. We were greeted by the local troop of Howler monkeys on arrival. Beautiful house right on the river. Locals had been seeing Manitee in the river near the house. Kenny and Shanna were great. We are already planning a return trip. "

"The place was clean but the photos are showing 2 places. The beds were confortable. The bedroom were not insonorated like it was written so we could ear lots of neighborhood dogs barking at night. Overall the place had everything we needed to visit that local part of Belize."
