"My accessible room was across the hall from the hotel’s laundry room. The door to the laundry room was always left open. I was awaken from a sound sleep a minimum of 4 times as the washer and/or dryer doors were “slammed” shut! Not a comfortable stay. I need to say that this behavior seems suspect if not intentional. Additionally, I asked the hotel clerk if I could possibly extend my stay one additional day. At first he said the price of the additional night would be $116.00. In his next breath he said the price would be $169.00 for an additional night. That represents a $53.00 increase. This behavior also seems suspect, if not intentional Sincerely, Connie McKeogh "

"I’ve traveled to La Crosse for over twenty years and have stay at several hotels there. This was my first stay at the Fairfield Inn. The location is very convenient for tourists since it’s located downtown. The lobby is wide and very welcoming. I interacted with several staff, including the cleaning crew and everyone was friendly and attentive. We reserved a standard room with one queen size bed. The room was spacious enough for work desk, a couch, and a chair. The sleeping area and bathroom were spotless. And most importantly, the bathroom was stocked with premium toilet paper, not the cheap stuff 😊. Our reservation included a breakfast with a very large assortment of food options. I would highly recommend this hotel."
