In the Domaine "Mas de Gigaro" about 300 m from the collective swimming pool, house offering on 2 levels a living room - dining room opening onto the terrace with sea view, an open kitchen with storeroom; 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and cupboards, 2 single beds in mezzanine, a shower with window, separate toilet with window. Free wi-fi included. Numbered free parking space.
Acces to the house after about 10 steps down.

Closed and secured domain "Mas de Gigaro" on 40ha with a collective pool from june to september (10 € / pers. / week + 50 € deposit; free for children under 7 years old), 4 tennis courts (deposit of 100 € then access for 40 € / week on reservation), a club house with its restaurant opened in july and august.

Rental house hold linen : 10 € single bed, 8 € the set of 2 towels including bath mat anad tea towels.

The farmhouse is located 700 m from the Gigaro beach with its sandy beaches, its coastal path and sea path, its restaurants and mini-market (bakery and international press area); from the Collebasse pass, Ramatuelle is 10mn away, the beaches of l'Escalet less than 15mn and those of Pampelonne 20mn away.

Mooi huisje op schitterende locatie

Mooi huisje op schitterende locatie. Volledig in het groen met prachtig uitzicht op zee Strand op wandelafstand, rustig en mooi. Wandelen begint vanaf het strand Mooi terras met ligbedden en tafel met stoelen. Badkamer mooi vernieuwd. Keuken is goed uitgerust Bed in de slaapkamer is goed, de andere matrassen (mezzanine en zetelbed in de living) zijn aan vernieuwing toe. Komt in orde volgens het agentschap
