"My family and I spent an amazing week in lovely Ribadesella as guests of Meli and Carlos . We visited in July from the USA. and they were so helpful answering questions before our trip. The apartment is well maintained, clean, and spacious. It has all the amenities of home to feel comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with all modern appliances, including a clothes washer so we could pack clean clothes for the return trip home. "Pas cher mais entretien et insonorisation médiocre ( le bruit de la cascade est gênant quand on n a pas l habitude pour nous qui habitons à la campagne sans aucun bruit...) et le simple vitrage ne sert à rien. Pas d accueil physique tout se passe à distance. Il n y avait pas d allumettes on a dû attendre plus d 1h pour en avoir vu qu il n y a aucun commerce autour. "Listing on hotels.com a bit misleading. My three kids were craving wifi, which was one of the factors leading to reserving this hotel. However, it's not available in the apartments just by the reception/breakfast area. Also...we did not need AC as it was cool at night while we were there. However, there is no AC in individual units unless the owner turn it on for the whole complex. Not a big issue save for one: no screens on the windows. Had to choose between comfort vs letting a few...
