"Nous avons eu le propriétaire à la dernière minute concernant notre arrivée. Le contrat stipule une entrée à 13h mais au final on ne pouvait pas y aller avant 15h. Pour arriver dans un appartement dans un état hors du commun. Le ménage n'était pas fait, des cheveux, poils et j’en passe de partout! Le canapé plein de taches, le tapis à boire et à manger dessus. Le casier a skis rempli des skis du propriétaire donc pas de place pour votre matériel, les deux seuls tiroirs pour ranger vos affaires...

"So the double rooms have three beds in them, and the triple rooms also have three beds in them… there is no difference between them besides the cost. The lad on reception has no clue about anything. On the first day we asked about rental shops for skis and they said they’re nothing in Saint Etienne, only to find one right by the ski lift! I extended our stay by 1 night and annoyingly had to change rooms after the first night. Our first room was alright, they were rationing the toilet paper...

"It was really expensive for what was offered. The dinning was highly expensive. For breakfast, which was some kind of buffet, the last days they didn’t even make an effort adding more of what was already taken. They simply put what was left of the other days. "

"This hotel is in a ski resort so quite a way from town but well worth the extra distance for the views. The breakfast was very basic but ok."
