Rustic chalet on the slopes of La Clusaz

Independent chalet of 50 m2, built on a plot of 700 m2 in Veyriers on the road to Crêt du Merle. It is exposed to the southwest, facing the Beauregard massif. Large balcony and terrace. Very beautiful view of the Etale massif.
Access to the slopes on foot (about 100m). Access to the village and the Ski School is possible on skis (1st star level) via the Crêt du Merle piste. For the little ones or non-skiers it is possible to reach a cable car on foot (500m).
This gondola also works in summer and gives access to the summer toboggan.

Garden level: The garden level is 33 m2 and includes:
      - an entrance hall (storage of skis, shoes, provisions)
      - a fully-equipped kitchen,
      - a living room with a dining area, and a sitting area with a sofa bed for 2 people and a bed for 1 person, a double French window opening onto a large balcony
      - a bathroom with shower and toilet.

Finished basement: The basement is 17 m2 and includes:
     - a bedroom with 2x2 bunk beds
     - an independent WC with a washing machine
     - a toilet area with shower and sink
     - underfloor heating.
Communication between floors takes place from the outside.

Accès non déneigés (place de parking, escaliers, terrasse) les enfants sont tombé plus d'une fois et pas de sel à disposition Lave vaisselle en panne Toiles d'araignée dans toutes les pièces Problème d'humidité au couchage du bas (infiltration par les murs qui ont été recouvert de moquette pour dissimuler) nous avons retrouvé le linge humide stocké à cet endroit

Avec notre groupe d'amis (six adultes), nous avons pleinement pu profiter de la superbe localisation du chalet à quelques mètres des pistes pour chausser les skis dès le matin. Le chalet, chaleureux en bois, est équipé avec tout le nécessaire. La répartition entre la partie basse "grande chambre dortoir" et la partie haute "pièce de vie" est agréable et chacun y a trouvé son compte. Même la petite descente d'escalier pour rejoindre la chambre du bas dans la neige et au milieu de la nuit nous aura valu des souvenirs de franche rigolade et tout le monde s'y est vite accoutumé. Nous sommes tous ravis de notre séjour!

logement très bien situé proche des pistes; seul gros problèmes les araignées qui se balade partout surtout en bas proche des lits; beaucoup d humidité dans la pièce du bas pas simple quand nous sommes allergique. Station très agréable sinon.

Points négatifs : Propreté passable Terrain qui méritait d'être tondu Pas de linge de lit pour le clic clac malgré les 90 euros pour l'ensemble des parures de lits. Points positifs: Pas de vis à vis Superbe panorama Agréable terrasse Équipement du chalet (équipement de nettoyage +ustensiles de cuisine ) Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans une très belle région et un village magnifique !

Excellent accueil et très bons conseils personnalisés sur lesquels nous avons d'ailleurs basé la plupart de nos activité durant notre séjour. La localisation du chalet est parfaite, à savoir isolé de l'agitation du centre de La Clusaz. L'habitation est parfaitement équipée, rien n'a manqué. La propreté du logement était irréprochable, c'est assez rare pour être souligné. Seul petit bémol peut-être précisé sur l'annonce mais que nous n'avions pas relevé : l'étage inférieur n'est pas communiquant avec le supérieur, ce qui est plutôt contraignant lorsque l'on a des enfants (3 et 5 ans dans notre cas) et que l'on n'a pas de babyphone. Il faut en effet sortir par un escalier extérieur pour rejoindre les couchages inférieurs... En tout cas merci à Christel pour nous avoir permis de passer ce séjour dans son logement !
