The duplex is on the 2nd floor of a small condominium.
It comprises:

Ground floor :
- 1 well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, induction hob, etc.)
- 1 large living/dining room (large table for 8, coffee tables, pull-out sofa bed)
- 1 WC
- 1 terrace facing south-west

The 1st floor comprises:
- 2 bedrooms (a master with 1 bed 160X200 and a dormitory with 4 beds (2 bunk beds, 1 single bed, 1 pull-out bed)),
- 2 bathrooms (one with shower, the other with bath)
- 2 separate WCs.

L'appartement est trÚs agréable et idéalement situé. Bénédicte est sympathique et impliquée. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances en famille. Merci.

Nous avons passĂ© une trĂšs agrĂ©able semaine Ă  la Clusaz dans cet appartement (en juillet). Il est encore mieux que sur les photos ! Il a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©novĂ© trĂšs rĂ©cemment avec beaucoup de goĂ»t. Il est fonctionnel et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©. La vue est superbe, tant sur la montagne que sur le village et l’emplacement est juste idĂ©al : Ă  deux pas du centre et en mĂȘme temps au calme ! On peut facilement aller partout et tout faire Ă  pied ou avec les navettes de la station. C’est la premiĂšre fois que nous allions Ă  la Clusaz et nous avons Ă©tĂ© vraiment enchantĂ©s, c’est paisible et bourrĂ© d’activitĂ©s Ă  la fois. Bref, nous y reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisir.
