Apartment located in the center, in a residence of 28 apartments, built in 1977. Close to shops, daycare centers, and children's activities, with an ice rink open in winter. 300 meters from alpine ski departures (Champ Giguet) and ESF, as well as cross-country skiing (thanks to the Beauregard cable car). Beautiful view of the village and mountains.

KITCHEN AREA: 3.20 m2 (tiled floor) sink, 4 ceramic glass hobs, oven, microwave, refrigerator with 237 L freezer, hood, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, raclette appliance, elements with all necessary kitchen equipment

Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
