Chalet Le Mousqueton is an OVO Network property. This three-storey detached chalet for 14 (max 10 adults on a five star basis) is popular with winter sports enthusiasts, as it is close to the lift.

The OVO Network team’s opinion -

The owners have recently installed a new outdoor swimming area with decking and views across l’Etale mountain. It comprises a pool with built-in swim jet (think treadmill for swimming!) and a six seater jacuzzi. The pool is available from beginning of May to the end of October and the jacuzzi all year round.

Recently renovated, this stunning six-bedroom chalet less than 3 km from the centre of La Clusaz has modern, stylish furniture and a funky bright decor that will appeal particularly to family groups - although we're sure the huge games and entertainment room with TV and pool table will be a hit with the adults too! Enjoy a game of table tennis in the new fitness zone where, in the warmer months, you can work out with the weights and boxing bag. From May through to October, for an extra charge, nurture both your body and your mind by arranging a yoga session through our chalet manager (exercise mats provided) or a massage to ease those aching limbs before luxuriating in the jacuzzi or the sauna.

The property is perfect for families or for groups of athletes looking to take advantage of the ample mountain skiing, running and cycling opportunities together with an all-over swim workout.  Triathletes, look no further…!

PLEASE NOTE: although we accept dogs, cats are not welcome at the chalet. LOCATION: the chalet is located between the main road going from La Clusaz to the Col des Aravis and the road going from La Clusaz to Manigod valley. They can become busy at certain time of the day. Please refer to the website, photos and map for more details. IMPORTANT : The heated outdoor swim spa is available from beginning of May until the end of October. The outdoor hot tub is available all year round.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
We require a security deposit of €1,000 via a pre-authentication of your credit or debit card, which does not affect your card balance. The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage. This is normally done right after your stay, but it could take up to 14 days after your departure.

We had a wonderful stay at Chalet Le Mousqueton. We were three families, and it accommodated us all with plenty of space to breathe and relax. The playroom with a TV and pool table was a lovely touch for the children, and the hot tub was a great bonus!

Stayed with 4 families (6 adults and 8 kids) at the chalet. The chalet has all the features you need for a vacation destination. Marine, our contact, was awesome. Everyone loved the space, ping pong, jacuzzi, sauna, and not to forget the wine bar.

The chalet was fantastic and exactly what we needed for three families with young kids. The living and entertainment spaces are great and well-equipped. There’s a cinema/pool room, a table-tennis/gym in the garage, and a fantastic outdoor space with a hot tub and outdoor kitchen. In terms of location, the chalet is super close to the lifts and U'Freddy ski school at the quieter end of the resort. The host, Marine, was exceptionally good at communicating and being flexible about check-in and check-out, as well as delivering chef-cooked dinners and bringing pastries in the morning.

We were a family of 11 that stayed for a week at the chalet, and we really enjoyed it. The chalet is very well equipped and Marine, the host, was very responsive and helpful. The chalet is located 5 minutes away from Clusaz in car, where there are a lot of restaurants and activities. And the area is really beautiful, with lots of hiking trails and Lake Annecy within 40 minutes drive. The only negative thing to say about the chalet is that it is located close to two small but surprisingly trafficked roads, with a lot of noisy trucks and motorcycles passing by. This is a small minus, but apart from that I can only recommend this chalet.

This is a fantastic place to stay with a large group. Everyone has their own space and facilities are easy to reach. The place was spotless, beds were comfy, showers hot and the kitchen well equipped for the whole party. Marine the manager is superb at sourcing food and reservations. She was attentive and supportive throughout our stay, she really made the visit for us.

Chalet le Mousqueton was amazing!! It was beautifully presented, clean and very well equipped for all ages. We especially enjoyed the great views, the amazing location and the proximity to the ski slopes. We loved using the jacuzzi, sauna and pool table. Dommage que le sauna ne fonctionne pas. les menuiseries intérieurs sont pour certaines défaillantes impossible de fermer certaines portes de chambres ou de salles de bain ! Dans la cuisine : 2 casseroles seulement ! des poêles gondolées. Pas de cloches microonde, pas de couteaux qui coupent, pas d'économe (épluche légumes) Avoir quelques vrais bols et non pas uniquement des bols en plastique ! il faut réviser le lave vaisselle, panier du bas lorsqu'il est chargé. une plaque vitro (celle en bas à droite) qui fonctionnent par intermittence Plusieurs ampoules grillées.
