"We loved that the staff is friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the coffee area and outdoor area on the sixth floor. The areas that could be improved upon were the lighting in the room as well as the gym and spa areas in the basement which were extremely dark and creepy."

In person requests were handled quickly; email requests were either ignored or the response came too late."
