"Nice boutique hotel. Unfortunately there is no sound barriers from the hallways or other guest rooms. The pillows were terrible and our view was of the gas station and garbage pick up (collection was at 7am Saturday morning). Good location to all downtown amenities. "

"Good location, short walking distance to Notre-Dame Cathedral and Fairmont Hotel Frontenac. Friendly staff. Many eateries nearby. Our room #07, was clean, roomy, and quiet facing the back of the hotel. The bathtub is separate from the sink and toilet. The hotel should consider replacing the bathtub curtain with a better material as the existing fabric omits a moldy smell. No elevator. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel."

"Very clean, but rustic, quirky and basic. Since it was self check-in, did not interact with any staff. Responses to my queries were not very efficient, in that they were slow and information was inaccurate. Location was convenient for my work function, but otherwise, I would not necessarily return."
