"The host famy are very nice people and explained everything well. The house is light and welcoming. The outside area has a great pool and the garden is large with various seating options. We especially enjoyed eating outside at the large table. It is advertised as 9 people but realistically two beds were on the floor, so suits 7 perfectly. We very much appreciated the late check out due to no booking following us. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"The hosts were excellent and easy to contact. As the weather was not brilliant we really enjoyed the facilities at the house with darts and table football inside and table tennis outside. The pool was larger than I imagined and we did use the shelter on the pool on a wet day. Fantastic pizza's at the restaurant almost opposite the house. An excellent, sandy beach was just 800m walk down a quiet road ,but there was great range of bikes also available at the house and facility to lock up the bikes...

"House is larger than it looks on the web page. Pool was wonderful and a great temperature. Lots of sun loungers etc in garage. Only downside was there were no fans and bedrooms are all very hot."

"We had a great holiday here with two families. House was well appointed and equipped and the grounds and pool house are fabulous! The only drawback is that the owners haven't paid for refuse collection so we had to cart our rubbish to the nearest town. The surrounding area is lovely, with a short drive to beaches and seaside towns. The nearest town, Avrillé, does not have a lot to offer but has a small shop, takeaway and nice patisserie. Le Bernard is walkable from the house and has a lovely...

"We had a lovely week in August here. The weather was great and we used the swimming pool every day. The house is well equipped for self catering if needed and is well located for the beaches."

"We had a great break in Le Tet d’o Bait - a beautifully converted gite, extremely clean and tidy and well maintained. Louis was an excellent host and there were some nice touches such as breakfast things including home made jam and regional bread provided for breakfast as we arrived at night.
