"The people there very nice, but getting to the hotel is dirt road and the room smelled like if they had fumigated. We had to open the windows. It’s safe because it’s gated. "

"It is a “seggs” room! Water heater didn’t work. The towels and sheets were stained and again… this is a “seggs” hotel! So that’s nasty.
Nothing wrong with a seggs hotel if that’s what you looking for but if it’s not specified, you could end up booking there with your kid , your mother! Or just walk to an actual surprise when you open the door.
Obviously not a “front desk” so we couldn’t address any issue

"Beautiful hotel, but it’s going under renovation at the upper floors so you can expect a lot of noise.
Great staff, nice view and wonderful spa, but given the renovations you can expect noise and some areas need better maintenance."
