Hotel Colón Gran Meliá

"It’s difficult to choose just one thing to highlight about the Colón Gran Meliá because our entire experience was excellent. From the location to the warm welcome we received from the moment we arrived, everything was outstanding. The entire reception team was incredibly attentive and helpful, including the staff who assisted us with recommendations and coordinating activities during our stay. The breakfasts were delicious, and the cocktails were excellent as well. Above all, what really stood out was the level of service. Everyone was genuinely friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay at the Colón Gran Meliá again. A wonderful experience from beginning to end."

"Excellent location, lovely staff, and we had deluxe room 705 which has the corner balcony. Excellent for dual views of the city. Would definitely stay here again, lovely breakfast too. Usual 4 star amenities in our spacious room, fridge, safe, aircon, plenty of mirrors etc. Nice toiletries. We liked the staff who were great. Only thing missing was some form of shade on the balcony as it gets very hot up there!"
