"Bad no electricity 1st day"

"Listen!!!!! This place was the BOMB!!!!!!!!!! This was the BEST stay I’ve ever had in my entire life!!! Everything was FANTASTIC FANTASTIC FANTASTIC!! The food was AMAZING!! The staff was the most amazing magnificent helpful friendly polite ppl in this entire world!!! I loved every single bit of my stay. I wish I could stay there forever. Everything was 10/10. I even did an excursion and the excursion was also the best! I got sick the day before and everyone was so concerned and caring. I will be back there! The assistant manager Wilson was sooooooo sweet, polite and helpful. All the servers were just the most genuine kind spirited people. The hotel had everything I needed and had a nice store in the lobby. The drinks were nicely made and as I said the FOOOOOD!! Omg the Food!!! Anyways, I’ll be back. "

"The property had good bones. Just needs a good scrub down and a few new items like drapes, towels etc. the food needed better protection from the elements as most days we were sharing it with the flies. The noise level was ridiculous, literally didn’t sleep for a week. Came home feeling ill from my pressure being so high. And the power kept tripping out. And the people partying till 3 am in the morning was left screaming in the dark. The steps we very tricky, witnessed an elderly lady fall straight on her back. The gift shop took the cake. Bought a pair of shorts, a beach wrap and a beach bag that came up to a whopping $210 all cheap china material. Almost past out when I looked at my credit card bill. Paid in pasos and had no clue. Overall don’t bother sorry to say"

"the resort and restaurants were excellent quality. there was not a meal I was disappointed in. the adults only side was a lot of fun and easy access to beach and family side. 2 pools on adult side, but the non preferred club pool had minimal chairs. the preferred club pool had more but still they were not enough for all the guests. the pools were warm and pool bars great. easy to access family side and tons of restaurants. definitely more activity at night than other rest adult resorts. loved the sports bar"

"The resort is beautiful and the staff are amazing! The only negative is the mediocre food. Best place was the Japanese restaurant. The breakfast buffet was not good either."

"If you have kids with you the preferred status is not worth the extra money. If it’s just adults preferred could be worth it but I really don’t think I would upgrade again. The staff were really nice and helpful, some are a little grumpy but I’m not always happy at work either."

"The only downside to this property is that I booked and paid for an oceanfront room but was given a bottom floor semi facing ocean view. When I contacted the front office they informed me that the room I received was their oceanfront rooms. So just be aware that what they consider oceanfront is not a true oceanfront room."
